Lauenstein Chocolate Temper from 1939

Sometimes, old machines hold more potential than meets the eye – such was the case with the chocolate tempering machine from 1935, which we successfully delivered to our customer GOLDECK at the end of last year.

Originally manufactured by Lauenstein, the machine had become almost unusable over time: outdated controls, imprecise temperature regulation, and a condition that resembled scrap rather than a functioning production unit. After a comprehensive overhaul and modernization by our team, the machine is now fully restored.

Today, the tempering machine operates fully automatically and with precision, meeting the standards of modern chocolate production. Thanks to cutting-edge technology and careful restoration, it now seamlessly combines historic charm with top efficiency – a remarkable transformation proving that, with the right expertise, even the oldest machines can be given a new life.
