There are not always complete lines from A to Z, i.e., from raw materials to packaging, when selling from one location, but rather individual components. In this case, we can offer to work out a suitable design for you. We have the know-how to design a complete production line from used / refurbished and new system parts, matching your performance specifications, and we can also support you in product development and remedies.
So, if you want to manufacture confectionery, baked goods or animal feed products, for example , please send us the following key information first:
- Maximum budget that you want to invest in the project.
- Product description (or name of a comparable product)
- System performance in kg/h
- Unit weight of the product
- Type of packaging required
- Dimensions of your production area and details of which temperature ranges are possible.
- Do you already have system components that should be taken into account in the planning?
Is there electricity, compressed air, hot water, cold water, steam or gas available?
As part of the planning, you will then receive from us in advance:
- Offer of the machines as a system designed with photos and designation of the locations for the purpose of joint visits.
- Offers for general overhauls of used components.
- Planning drawing of the production plant and necessary space planning in your available production area
- Energy consumption calculation (electricity, gas, air, etc.)
- Staff requirement calculation
On average, 5% of the approx. delivery value is set as a planning fee, which is of course offset against the down payment for the final order when the final order is placed for the system to be designed.
